We are happy to announce this years Stayton Fun Run will be offering a chipped timing service. This will be the first race for the Stayton Fun Run that is professionally timed…stay tuned more new cool things are to come.
Welcome to Athletic Timing – They utilize multiple technologies to capture and evaluate results in real-time and provide those results for your spectators and participant to view on mobile devices, as competitors cross the finish line.
Our friends at the Gates Oregon fire department will be having their first annual “Fire Walker Walk/Run Fitness Challenge” on April 3rd. All benefits will go to the Gates Fire department. Some of our Troop 50 semi-professional race crew will be there to help out this great cause.

The most asked for event at the Stayton Fun Run is finally ready for this years race. 2014 will be the first time the 4th of July Stayton Fun Run will offer this unique trail run, using the improved Scout trail to run along side the Santiam River ~
This is a 3.1 mi (5km ~ each km marked on map) route in Stayton, OR. The route has a total ascent of 45.93 ft and has a maximum elevation of 479.0 ft.
